Everyone should homeschool... well, maybe not San Francisco anarchists.

Here at Considering Homeschooling we have always promoted homeschool evangelism to Christians... and Christians only.  We have additional qualifiers to say that Christian parents should be able to provide a safe, loving, and educational home environment.

God put upon our hearts to rescue Christian children from public schools.  There are some who advocate homeschooling generally to get the kids out of public schools, but they are misguided.  I'm all for destroying the corrupt government school system, but, there are some children who are better off not homeschooled by their parents.

Below, a mother helps her young daughter play "Pin the Molotov on the Cop Car" at the Anarchist Book Fair, San Francisco, California, March 18, 2006.

For those readers who were public schooled, a Molotov cocktail is a bomb.  A Molotov cocktail is commonly a glass bottle filled with fuel, stuffed with a fuel socked rag as a wick, ignited and thrown to cause maximum violence.

And, what visit to the Anarchist Book Fair would be complete for your child without picking up A Child's Guide to Nihilism coloring book.

"Nihilism comes from the Latin term nihil, which means 'nothing'. Thus, nihilism is literally 'belief in nothing.' This perspective, which serves somewhat as an anti-philosophy, asserts that there is no justification for anything, especially values or morality. Nihilism also denies the possibility of knowledge and attributing value to anything. Thus, the world and human existence are without meaning and purpose." - Theological Studies

These pictures are real, but I will not link to the source as these are the least graphic photos of "San Francisco" lifestyles on the website.

As Jesus said: "A student is not above his teacher, nor a servant above his master.  It is enough for the student to be like his teacher, and the servant like his master.  If the head of the house has been called Beelzebub, how much more the members of his household!" - Matthew 10:24-25

So, no, homeschooling is not for everyone.  But, shouldn't you be considering homeschooling?

Welcome to the home of the original "Considering Homeschooling" ministry, founded in 2001 by Charles and Kathy Lowers. We serve to recruit and train Christian families with babies, toddlers, and preschoolers in biblical home education.
